Reservations made through any other websites or services are not recognized.
Reservations cannot be accepted through email or through direct messaging features on any social media platforms.

 【Telephone Reservations】

 

Telephone reservations are considered valid only when the guest speaks directly with our staff. After the call, the reservation becomes officially confirmed only when the guest receives our confirmation SMS. If the SMS is not received, the reservation has not been completed.

【AI-powered phone reservations / Automated Voice Calls / ＊Important＊ 】

 

We do not accept any reservations made through AI-operated or automated voice systems. Reservations made via AI automated voice services—including those provided by ‘AutoReserve’—are not considered valid under any circumstances.

 

Even if a third-party online reservation service displays our restaurant as
“official,” please note that we have not authorized any reservation platforms other than the three listed above (TableCheck, Pocket Concierge, and Tabelog).

 

Because these reservations are invalid, guests may not be admitted even if they visit the restaurant, as no reservation has been properly completed.With regard to reservations made through AI‑operated or automated voice systems, our restaurant does not acknowledge such bookings and assumes no responsibility.
